Welcome to World of XISS Fraternity

Xavier Institute of Social Service was formed way back in the year 1955 to cater the need of trained and skilled professional to the budding Industrial Sector. Started as an extension center of St. Xavier's College, Ranchi (Jharkhand), it later made its own existence as an independent body after getting registered. XISS has been one of the premier institute in the field of management with its students creating landmark in whatever job they pursued. Its three core streams are Rural development, Personnel Management and Information Management. However recently Marketing & Finance management has been added to group of courses offered.

XISS, for some it may be just an institution where they spent their 2 years, but for many it is like a place where they were groomed for the outside professional world. In the era of cutthroat competition ,we were equipped with enough theories and practices to create a niche of ourselves . This is to celebrate and unite to show the rest of the world the great 'XISS Fraternity'. Come on in and act, rise to the cause. 

This website is solely for the purpose of showing the world the great fraternity of XISS Alumni they share even after years of passing out. It is to act as an umbilical cord to our Alma Mata. We owe our success to the great institution where we spent our 2 glorious years learning the nitty gritty of outside professional world. We, working in the field of Rural Management should act as a web for coming years, build up a strong network for support, discussion, advocacy and many other that we have the potential to do. Lets transform thoughts into action.
